How does it work?
Rosemarie Ryan, NUIG graduate with 15 years professional experience in Training, teaching, HR and Career Coaching runs Career
Directions in Galway City. An initial consultation for Career Coaching takes just over 2 hours. The session covers an in depth
Careers interview followed by the most up to date Career Tool assessments. At the end of the 2 hours a number of career options
resulting from the assessment will be discussed. You are then given a follow up date to return and discuss these findings.
Personal coaching from Rosemarie will assist you in your "homework". When you return for your follow up meeting a strategy is
put in place for your next best step. Rosemarie offers a combination of techniques in career coaching, career counselling planning
and research methods.
